Hydra Scale is built the other way around: the discipline of acquiring, building, investing, and scaling comes first, and the industry is whatever the opportunity happens to be in.
That's the point of a hydra — a body with more than one head, each able to grow, act, and specialize on its own, without the others needing to change shape to match it. Real estate, biomedicine, technology, and consulting are where that's taken us so far. They won't be the only places it takes us.
